An fifteen-year-old youth has been judged to life behind bars with a base duration of 16-year period for the homicide of another student the victim during a lunch period.

Mohammed Umar Khan stabbed the victim, who was also fifteen, through the chest with a weapon at the educational institution in February.

"You were the provoker and... you proceeded in hurt and anger at what you considered to be his betrayal of your bond," pronounced the judge during the judgment.

The school released a statement stating that the student was "dearly mourned every day by the entire educational community".

Police officials emphasized the devastating outcomes of possessing blades, observing that a "momentary action" can irreversibly change multiple existences.
